Well I'm doing very well adjusting to the recovery process.
I went 3 miles on the Elliptical trainer at Lifestyles. I utilized the interval program and was able to keep my heart rate a little higher. I am using the Garmin system rather than rely on the machine. I then used the indoor track and walked 1/2 mile. I finished with some stretching exercises for my Plantar Facetious. My foot felt a little better today at work.
