Comments:
For me, today was not a good race. After a mile I tightened up and did not feel too great the rest of the way. This stopped me from really racing and pushing the middle miles where I lost a lot of ground. However, when my race pace is 15 seconds of my tempo pace...I know that I am capable of much more. No excuses, just a bad day and I'll look to Calvin to race well. I also might lower my mileage a bit in the coming weeks.

As a team, I was pretty happy with how we did as a whole given the heat. A lot of guys had good races and now we just need to get that top 7 closer together.
