Comments:
Took yesterday off because I worked a 13 hour day. Ran a 1-2-3-4-3-2-1 fartlek w/ half recovery...lower back was tight. Felt pretty awful, most likely due to the fact that I worked 10 hours today and did a little manual labor. Pushed myself to do some sort of a workout. I actually covered some decent distance.
