OK. Ran same time as in December (1 second off PR) but this was my first race of the year. Not bad to start off where you left off. I competed and ran consistantly. I did get passed back in the last lap which I hate. I need to work on the last 600 of this race. I had a sub 5:20 going, but lost it there. Was 2:37-2:38 at the half, last lap (more than 200 meters) was :40, so for 200 about :38. The third and second to last 200s were 41 which killed my chance of a PR. Ran 5:21.
