Comments:
Started at the boy scout sign and ran up the long hill to the end of the stone fence staying on the grass as much as possible. Coach Barnes instructed us to run up the hill in a controlled manner at about 80%. We'd still be very tired at the end but we wouldn't be going all out. He also stressed good form in going up and down hills. Leaning into the downhill etc. I felt that I did a decent job at keeping my effort a little above 80%. Dec workout.
