Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Was planning to do 40 today. It took me about 30 minutes to find a way to put my left shoe on without the top of my foot hurting. I thought it was a small bruise yesterday, but I couldn't put my shoe on without feeling a really sharp pain. Finally, I found a lace pattern that was comfortable, but then took another 15 minutes to adjust how loose/tight the shoe was. Thought it would finally go away as I was running, but it didnt, so I kept it to 20. Ice a lot tonight, will hopefully be able to do 40 tomorrow but I'm not so sure considering how shitty today was. 30 minutes of strength after.
