I got 8 in, most with Phil and Stevo, before I came back to Veale to do my lifting. Conveniently, the rain was the heaviest while i was inside lifting. Then, I got in another mile on the track and then ran 6 more on MLK for a total of 15, making for a very fragmented long run. Stretching, Abs, Gluts, Push-Ups, Rolling
