Ruun to AU drills etc, was pretty stiff because I didnt do much this weekend but I wont go into that now =) Was hoping to do 8x400, maybe more but after the 3rd I knew that wasnt going to happen. Lump is getting smaller for sure and less painful but is still quite annoying. (I found myself talking to it during the workout...go away! uuuuhhh....) Times were soso. Around 88, 94, 96, 94, 1:44 (oops), 95. Not content, but somewhat decent. Ran with Katarina on the way back, quite an ambitious cooldown pace! I'm baffled by how incredible this workout was for some, incredible job, yall.
