"tempo" today of 1 mile on mlk, ran there with perisa who was doing a 3 mile tempo at 6 minute pace, coach decided i should just do 1 mile, w/e, i talked with coach about racing this season "she can't make any promises". I am racing oberlin and it is only a month away, this is something i need to do for myself, i dont care if i go out and shit the bed at oberlin but im gonna go out and fuking kill it. bymping up to 20 miles this week, people are telling me to take it easy ect. but they need to realize that I DONT CARE if i injure my knee again, I worked harder than i ever had before this summer and I am getting a damn race in, i guarantee it
