11:01, 7:14, 3:37, 11:13, 3:32. good workout. first A1s of the year for me and it was pretty tough. the grass was really long, more hills than usual on this year's loop, and I ran in trainers. not too worried about times, just going by feel on these this year. this one hurt because of the last two days.
