elongated Eastside Crossover w/ Thwing add on

Was in lab for a decently long time. No one was going out so I went alone. Elongated eastside crossover. It is too short now I keep thinking it is 7.5. Going up Antisdale to Stauton makes it long enough. Thats going to be the new super elongated eastside crossover. Anyways legs were pretty heavy I thought. Cruised through at a decent pace. Ankles are getting there they felt good. A little weak in the shins though.

Got back to veale, headed over to Thwing to sign some Observer papers, then back to veale for a good stretch, roll, hips, L7 and planks. Legs feeling tired today. Shoulder sore also. Do a little jog on Thurs in addition to swimming, then get in an easy 3 at Calvin. CKells, Drew and my secret recipe.
