Well this weather sucks........ IM NOT HITTING THE TREADMILL.... So I know a strong core equals strong legs which equates to a good run.. This weather just blows @$$ n days r racking up with crappy running environments.... So i really put strong and long effort into some intense Core work... good times!! I plan on hitting the cycle for 2 hrs or so in the mornin to keep the legs strong! BUT WE NEED SOME GOOD WEATHER ..... JUST A FLIPPEN LITTLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! COOOOOOMMMMMEEEE OOOOOOOOOOONNNNNNNNNNN!
