Comments:
It was hotter this afternoon when I went out for my pm session. Felt kinda tired. I've done a lot of mileage these past few days and lifted hard yesterday after the tempo. Ran with Phil, Mitchell, and David. Good run. Haven't run with Phil in a very long time. Added a mile on the field barefoot plus strides.
