First 4 miles were at 7:00. Next 2 were supposed to be at 6:00, mile 7 at 5:45, and mile 8 at 5:30. A little slow at the end for me. Times for miles 5-8: 5:53, 5:49, 5:59: 5:50. Overall a pretty good workout.
