Really just a shake-out because my legs were pretty dead from the tempo. Just 2 miles barefoot on Van Horn, probably should have worn shoes because my shins were hurting.

Hurdles after and shin stuff both in the weight room and in the sand, followed by stretching, rolling, and taking an ice bath with Corey.
