Ran easy on my time off from being in the lab running samples which sucks by the way. Real easy run alone up around the second lake plus a mile on the field. Got hella muddy which was fun. My legs are definitly tired from the workout and lifting. I've got plenty of time to get them in good shape for Calvin though. Should be a good race.
