Comments:
Pretty hungry while I was running but I figured I'd rather run before I ate dinner than running after and have to wait to digest. Decent run. About as fast as yesterday. I'm going to have to tell myself to slow down tomorrow. Had to crap pretty bad with about a half mile to go.
