I hit the first 200's at 49 or below.
The first 400 was a bit of a fiasco... 1:56!
The second 400 was better (and closer to my goal)... 1:39
I hit the last 4 200s at 49 or below.
Wow... I didn't realize how very low my mileage was for today until just now!
