Exercise Type: Swim
Comments:
Did pool running for an hour because of little shin issue. After going to the trainer and getting stim and heat on it and icing after workouts and using the foam roller/stick, it feels a lot better. I am not limping when I walk currently. Hopefully I can do the workout tmrw.
