5 on MLK. Coach shortened the workout so almost everyone ran five miles today. Still ran by myself though from the get-go. Paul's group headed out quicker than I wanted to be going so I just settled in during the first two and picked it up some on the way back. Not real thrilled with pace or HR but effort-wise this was much easier than last week. If my heart rate is going to stay at 192 no matter what, that's just how it'll be.
