Comments:
After finishing the lab!!!!!! Went straight over it and ran. Shorter run by myself. Real chill again. Felt pretty good the whole time. I feel like I recovered well from the workout yesterday. Milers tomorrow should be good. It'll be interesting to see what the paces are.
