Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Warmup, drills etc, so much fun to see the guys race. Going into it I was planning to run the first mile with Tessa and then both see how we feel afterwards. Went out at 750, felt fine and she told me to go ahead once we reached the track. Foot got bad as the race went on, so backed off the last bit. More important to not be cross training the whole season//be able to race all out Saturday//not mess it up so used some caution because today was supposed to be a workout, and was a nice tempo effort at 26:05 Satisfied, a bit bummed, but after a long ice pool its already starting to feel better. Quite excited for Calfornia trip.
