Comments:
Tempo with some 200s just like 2 weeks ago. Felt alright on the tempo, would have liked it to be a little quicker, but just wanted to stay under control. 5:40 5:42 5:33. 10 min rest including a 1200 jog then 4x200 with 200 jog. 30 31 31 30. Racing this weekend at UVA, then hopefully gradually building the mileage back up in the next few weeks.
