Weather: had to wear a long sleeve shirt
Comments:
Originally was only going to go for 20 min, but decided that I needed extra mileage. I also need to get into the habit of doing two a days a couple times a week with abs and strengtheners. Supposedly a meet in a couple weeks that I can run in. Yay!!!
