Comments:
As the title suggested, things were wet and it smelled like poop by the parking lot during drills. Nonetheless, a really good workout. We averaged 5:30 and then headed to the track for 300s. Then, jog back. Lifting, Stretching, Rolling, Ans, Hips, Push-Ups

To finish it off: Ice bath.
