Comments:
2 mile warm-up around Treaty, 5 x 1200m repeats, 400m jog recovery between each. Goal tempo 6 min mile pace, or 4:30 per 1200. Reached this goal.. all my splits were at this pace. Cool-down 1.5 miles or so... dark so we didn't cool-down on the trail. Shin/soleus felt good.. legs felt light.
