MILE REPEATS!

Comments:
Mile repeats up and down on Fairhill. It was a bit wet and soggy but not too bad. I hit :21, :14, :21, :17, :15. For the footing and all, I was pretty happy. And I was only several seconds of Chris and David for a few which I was also happy with. 2 mile warm-up and probably a bit more than 2.5 for the cool down.

Back to Veale to stretch and roll.

Abs, Hips, Push-Ups before bed at home.
