swim session

Right after lunch. I knew this coming in and it was kinda a bad idea. Did 20 min with 4 or 3 strokes/ breath. Got a cramp before halfway, so I wasnt feeling great. Also,my blister was flapping in the water felt very odd. Felt tired from the breathing exercise. Still I think it helps so much, I can notice it in the workouts.

Jogged a little on Van Horn just to shake out before stretching.

Stretch, roll, L7, hips, then some planks. Ankles and ice at the house later. Legs feeling a lot better with the off day. The leg hang yesterday helped I think.
