Gene said to go like just under 5k pace for these intervals but since you didnt give us a recovery day and this was the 2nd workout of the week after a meet, I ran all these literally at conversationalist pace with Nichol. Fuck all these workouts, its not fair. Anyways 6x .34 loop majority of them were like 2:10 with last 2 dipping down to close to 2 flat, aw shit. Haha hopefully I still wont be dead for saturday. Oh, also of note started workin out with weights yesterday too.
10, 5,5 x 95 on the bench press, 15,5 x40 on lat pulldowns, running with the 15 dumbbells, standing bicep curls with the 20's and 15,5 x 50 on the bicep curl. Hella sore today from that shit haha
