Comments:
Ran with Shannon to HP track. Did 4 laps of in/outs. total distance was somewhere close to 5.
Lianne had to bail because of work. :-( she's been putting in a lot of hours recently and she hasn't had the motivation to go running. I hope that changes after the Liberty Half on Sunday. Lianne joined us for dinner, with Dixon, at Old Man Rafferty's. It was very nice to have the four of us just hanging out again. I love those guys, more than I think they realize. I would literally do anything for anyone of those three.
