Comments:
Took kids to track and played Run, Rabbit, Run. I'm the wolf, and as I start (a 400), they run lessor distances depending on age...i.e. a 200, a 300, etc.
Also played Goal to Goal...they try to score a goal indian run-style (soccer ball) while I race goal to goal (first one wins).
Over 2-miles of speed work.
