Well I am back on the road again! I am starting out with a walk jog program. I decided to wal for 2 minutes and jog for 4 minutes. If I can do this all next week, without re-injuring the foot I will go to 6 minutes and 2 the following week and continue each week until I reach 10 minutes an 2 walking.
