Comments:
Decently early day at the metroparks. Went to the same parking lot that we went to over the season. Its so nice out there. Beautiful fall weather so much nicer than yesterday. Did a classic fartlek. 10 min warm up, then 1 on 2 off x12 on the trails, wherever. It was pretty tough had a bunch of downhill sections, but tired to work on the whole thing. Got legs moving for sure. Pounding wasnt great. Felt like a good position too, but we always want to be moving up. Cooled down back to the parking lot from wherever we stopped. Mileage is a total guess. Ankles were good. Taped up. Shoes got soaked in the stream sections.
Stretch, L7 and then some bagels and chocolate milk before pushups. Then we cruized back to campus.
