Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Fartlek at South Chagrin. 10 minute warm-up and then 12 x 1:00 quick intervals with 2:00 minutes between each. For 9 of them, we were on the sulphur springs trail which has some good hills, althogh unfortunately we started going down on several of the intervals.
I felt pretty good until about 10, at which point I felt completely drained. But after the last hill experience at forest hills, this went much better, although it was a much different workout. Let's go Iron, Kick In!!
Cooled-down for a while to get probably close to 11 on the day. Stretching, Rolling.
