Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ayyy. Wanted to be cautious during the warmup so jogged like 10 minutes then showed Maya part of the course. 2 laps around the field after we got back, drills etc. Was feeling pretty good at the start, went out, but by the first half mile mr. lumpy on the top of left foot was not doing well. Then, around hte mile mark, could tell I was limping. By the 1.5-2 mile mark, could tell the ball of my right foot was really hot/rubbing because of the limp. The race kind of turned into trying to get through it, I couldnt figure out what foot to put more pressure on and by the end the ball of right foot was like not there (sorry its nasty). Ran 26:37. Bummed. I know next week is gonna have to be a down week which is also a bummer. I'll try to fix this and hopefully itll resolve itself.
