Second workout this week I haven't finished, although for entirely different reasons. Was supposed to do 12x 1 on 2 off at South Chagrin. Did the first 6, but was feeling lightheaded after the hard intervals and started to see spots and decided not to push it. My legs were very heavy as well and I was just not feeling it at all. Pretty sure I was dehydrated. Jogged back with Joe mostly. Some stretching afterward, should have done a little more, because my right hamstring is really tender as I type this on Sunday afternoon. Debating whether I should go for a run or just try to let my body finish recovering. I feel like I'm not recovering well from even easy efforts. Estimate on the mileage.
