Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran up to shaker via north park and west park...then down to euclid, downtown, to the west side, and i eventually made my way to edgewater.
I had a 2 minute stint where I had to run on rt. 2 which was a bit frightening, but it all worked out well.
Really nice morning, and lots was going on downtown too with the browns game...and then also there was a walk/run going on.
