Comments:
Another day of class -- FINALLY figured out how to integrate trunk and pelvis! "The T-1000"! Sternum down, flex trunk slightly w/pelvis AE + contra trunk/shoulder flexion.

Ran easy after class -- blustery but nice temps/sun. Deuced in the park again; ran to the end of the trails about Microsoft, then turned back. The random R LE pain/ache returned, so I walked briefly x2 (might be "growing pains" from doing something different).

Drove home. Long weekend but good.
