Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Worked 'til 10, then snuck out for a run/workout before leaving for SEA. Felt OK on the warm-up, a "rushed" 6:30s pace. Then got into 800 repeats. The first one felt good, but it was slow as shit: 2:44. The next two were OK: 2:36, 2:35, then the last was 2:30s but I overran the split point. Jogged back to the office. R hip felt OK.
Drove to SEA. Shitty traffic. PNF gait course.
