Comments:
Ran in the MT100s; felt OK on the way up, but way insufficient protectoin for the way down -- just too rocky. Brought the headlamp for the way down and used it in the last mile. Slow on the descent (43 min!). 60:12 for the way up, which felt easy-ish.
