Comments:
Mellow, out with the crime scene group, back with Graeme and Liam. Top of foot has calmed a bit, right foot is still pretty raw, but I figure I cant not run, because I cant heal it fast or whatnot and the padding kind of helped today. Worse on hills and rocky trail-like surfaces. Darn. Pinnies rocked, though.
