Comments:
Got a lot of sleep and didn't double today. Wanted to make sure I was well rested for the workout. We did three miles on the indoor track with 2:30 recovery. Felt pretty tired during the warmup. The left quad felt really sore. Anyways, the workout went alright. I finished first on every repeat and felt controlled for the first two. I kind of struggled on the third one and tied up towards the end. I'm dissapointed I couldn't have gone faster. Overall, it was a good workout but I have more in the tank.
