Comments:
Ran after work today. TIRED. Felt really clunky from the biking and days off.

Run went fine 'til about 20 minutes in, then the calves started acting up. BOF. The left felt shitty, but once home the right one did, too! Mother fuck.

I did run to Hayward to do the basic drills and on set of 10 jump squats.

The R achilles -- which I hadn't felt EVER this whole time -- ached the rest of the day. WTF!?!?!?
