Still to tight to run I think. It feels like a zap or a little burn, not as tight as before which is good. It feels better now too... Anyways hit up that bike after lab. HEated for 10, talked to Jess and got a set up for doing ESTEM tomorrow modring. Watched the Watch ESPN app and cruized with Anna. didnt feel it too much on the bike. Sweat a lot though.
Jumped in the pool for a bit too.
Stretched Static 2, did some hammy rolls (that was all I could think of lame...) and the rolled, hips, forgot L7 WTF! ill do it now. Then some planks before icing and chatting with Tim.
TOmorrow is going to be rushed because of Rosh Hashanah, but thats whats up. I think I might be good to run tomorrow... This is a 3-5 day thing, and I have been honing my patience lately for these reasons.
