Speed on the mill... again. Eh... I do what I can. 3x1000m repeats with 5 minute recovery. Legs were a tad bit tired this morning. My hips were a bit sore and wonky. Hmm? The top of the femur where it joins the hip, by my ass. Maybe it was all the turns in the Newport Half?? Lianne said she wasn't feeling great either.
