Forgot my watch which was unfortunate for this. Went out to Squaw Rock for the workout. 12x1min intervals on the hilly terrain. Just didn't feel good today. I felt like I didn't have it on the uphills today. The flats felt fine. Pushed hard on the uphill the final one.
