Comments:
Nixed the morning run today since I had a lab meeting, wanted to sleep, and Coach wants us to mess with weeks before All-Ohio. I'm kinda mad I did this. I'd rather have run these in hindsight but its okay. I'm making it up on Sunday and I'll be a little more rested for All-Ohio but shouldn't lose anything long term from this. Just an easy run with Corey talking about All-Ohio and stuff. Good run.
