Exercise Type: Run

Tired today, but still working the "pelvic stride". It was tempo day, so I went for it, but since I was behind on time and tired -- and doing something new - I decided only to do 1.5mi.
Worked on the longer pelvic stride, namely using abs to elevate the L pelvis. BIG strides! Wow. Didn't look at times 'ti the end: 5:35, 2:46 for the mile, 800m. Pretty cool! Actually felt slow and not effortful, though it was tired from being different. Jogged back to work.
