Comments:
2 mile warm-up to mlk and then a 3 mile x 2 split tempo. the way out felt fantastic and the way back got a bit tougher with the wind and rain. legs were feeling a little out of tempo range at the end of it but it seemed like all groups had the same trend. an easy day Wednesday so things are good.
then 3 x 300m on the track and back to Veale to lift. Stretching, abs, rolling, gluteals, and an ice bath at home thanks to the fire alarm.
