Cleveland & Shaker Heights Fartlek

Comments:
Fartlek up around north park. We essentially went up shaker and came back down on south park to north park. Intervals were 3, 5, 3, 5, 3, 5, 3 with rest of :30 and 1:00.

Felt pretty good today. Most of the workout felt relaxed and smooth. Got back to stretch and then rolling, gluteals, abs, push ups before bed. I will be lifting friday post-race and saturday since I could not fit it in today.

Bring it on Ohio.
